Have you ever wondered, when you’re staring into the gaping maw that is your family’s ravenous hunger, what would Ben do? Well, wonder no more. This is what Ben would (and did) do. Benchiladas.
If, like us these days, you aren’t quite up to doing all that, Benchiladas are the perfect solution when you need an easy, quick meal. Grab one ingredient from the freezer, one from the fridge, one from the pantry, and you are making Benchiladas!
Benchiladas
1 box frozen taquitos
2 cans green chili enchilada sauce
2 cups shredded cheese
Preheat oven to 350º and spray a 9”X13” dish with nonstick cooking spray. Pour one can sauce into dish. Place frozen taquitos in single layer and cover with remaining can of enchilada sauce. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for about 30 minutes, until bubbly.
The best part of Benchiladas is that Ben can make them himself, start to finish, with little supervision.
Thanks Ben! Looks like a keeper! Are the Taquitos from Wegmans?
What cheese did you use?
Pepper jack is always the cheese of choice here!
